I am finally getting around to posting my favourite books, movies, and TV shows of 2016. Here are some of my stats for 2016:

• Total books read: 64
• Total 2016 movies seen: 82
• Mostly read books by female authors, which is great! 71% female authors compared to 29% male
• Read a wide range of genres, probably because of the courses I took for my Master’s that covered different age ranges.
• I continued to read a lot of manga, but read much fewer comics than last year.
• I was happy with the number of movies seen, but I’d like to watch more documentaries, foreign language movies, and movies about or by POC.
• Half of my top 10 TV shows are from Japan.
